1. What is my account number?

Actually we don’t have account numbers, but we identify the customers by company name, shipping\billing details or contact name.

2. How do I set up an account?

To set up an account at rumex.us you should click the REGISTER button and fill in the fields. If you want to pay by invoice and get 30-day payment terms, please contact Customer Service Department to receive the credit application form.

3. Can I pay by credit card?

Yes. You can easily pay by credit card. We accept Visa, Amex or  MasterCard. The payment is 100% secure.

4. Can I buy online?

Yes. Buying online is easy and safe at rumex.us. To start shopping please view our catalog.

5. How can I pay for the order?

You can pay for the order by credit card or by invoice*. Both ways are acceptable.

*Payments by invoice are available after filling the credit application form sent by Customer Service Department

6. How do I pay an invoice online?

You can prepay your order online. To pay the invoice by credit\debet card please contact Customer Service Department.

7. How fast can you ship out my order?

Order confirmation is sent within 24 hours after the order is received. Shipping is provided by UPS, FEDEX and USPS.  The lead time depends on the shipping rate you choose. Please note that we are closed on Saturdays and Sundays, as well as during public holidays.

8. What is the return policy?

The option to return your order is available within the first 30 days of purchase. All purchases returned within 30-60 days after shipment are subject to a 10% restocking charge. No returns are accepted after 60 days. See more

9. How to earn and redeem points? What is Rewards Club?

RUMEX Rewards Club is online system at rumex.us of earning and spending points for purchases. 

$1 spent = 1 point

10 earned points = $1 to redeem

All points if not spent are burnt on December 31.
