How to earn points:

2. Place an order and earn 1 point for each $10 spent.

How to redeem points:

1. Log In RUMEX Rewards System to explore the amount of earned points
2. Spend earned points on discount coupons. 1 point = $1 to redeem.
3. Place an order and apply the points in the cart while check-out to spend them on your purchase. 

NB: Points can be applied to pay up to 50% of your order. The discount is indicated at the check-out.

Please note: If your order is over $1000 and as a result a 10% discount for a purchase $1000+ is applied, the points can't be used in this case. If you'd like to spend a coupon instead of getting this discount, please contact the Customer Service Department.

NB: Points earned before October 1, 2025 are transferred to RUMEX Rewards System in accordance to the System changes. The total amount of the discount that can be applied remains.
