Refund policy

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we will gladly offer:

  • a 100% guaranteed refund for the value of the merchandise
  • an exchange of your product for another one
  • a replacement of your product for another one, corresponding to your expectations in quality

Please check the products immediately upon the receipt, all claims (related to product appearance, count, package, etc.) shall be accepted within 10 business days after the delivery. Products that passed through the income inspection can be returned within the first 30 days of purchase. All purchases returned within 30-60 days after shipment are subject to a 10% restocking charge. No returns are accepted after 60 days.

Important: Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. If the return is due to a manufacturing defect confirmed by RUMEX, all shipping costs will be waived.

Please note:

We inspect all returned products. If the returned product isn’t the one you ordered or is in a condition that doesn’t match the return reason, you will be assessed a return fee and may have the item sent back to you.

Please make sure that the items are in their original, undamaged condition. Sterile and disposable products, instruments damaged beyond repair, special orders, discontinued and sale items are not subject to returns. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

If your instruments are damaged, we will gladly offer you a repair or trade-in service. We accept tools from other brands (premium and upper-medium market segments) for trade-in as well. Marking\engraving, remarking and coloring service is also available upon request.

Our repair experts will ensure if the damaged items are due for service. Please fill out the RGA form to accelerate the repair process. The instruments should be sterilized before returning. During the repair process, the price of service may be altered and/or the instrument may be beyond repair. We offer a variety of marking/engraving, remarking and coloring services based on the practitioner’s needs.
