Payment and Delivery terms of Pre-Ordered Products.

By ordering a product marked as “Pre-Order,” you acknowledge that its estimated availability date (ETA) is subject to confirmation by RUMEX Customer Service. The confirmed estimated delivery date and any subsequent status updates will be sent to the email address provided with your order.

Pre-order items may be paid for in advance or after they arrive at the RUMEX warehouse. In all cases, full payment must be received before the items are shipped to you. To pay at a later date, select “Pay by Invoice” at checkout.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the in-stock items will be shipped immediately, subject to standard shipping charges. The pre-order items will be shipped separately at no additional shipping cost once they arrive at the RUMEX warehouse and payment has been received.
