Yeoh Femtosecond Prechopper 7-1166S

I simply groove the nucleus to a depth just above the posterior capsule and using the instrument ensures that I split the nucleus evenly and cleanly. It didn’t fail in the numerous tries I have done it. I then rotate the cataract 90 degrees for a second split. I no longer need to use a second incision or instrument to chop as this works well already even without a phaco chopper. The implication is that I can lessen the theoretical surgically induced astigmatism by marking do without another incision.
